Indians, Coyotes, and Human Rights on the Mexican Border

IU Minorities and Languages Cultures Project will host Dr. Victor Clark-Alfaro who will present the lecture "Indians, Coyotes, and Human Rights on the Mexican Border."

Dr. Clark-Alfaro is Director of the Binational Center for Human Rights in Tijuana, Mexico, and a lecturer in Latin American Studies at San Diego State University.

The event is co-sponsored by Latino Studies, the History Department, and the Office of the Vice President for International Affairs.
