Yoga Fitness Class with Kim

Hatha : Yin , Vinyasa, & Restorative Yoga: The word Hatha means to find balance - of the mind, the body, and our energies. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Vinyasa Yoga is a steady dynamic flow of connected yoga asanas linked with breath work. Other benefits of this practice include decreased stress levels, increased flexibility, strength, confidence, and stamina.
