Zumba Fitness Class with Adriana
An aerobic exercise routine inspired by Latin dance. It uses a variety of styles including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggae tone, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, calypso and salsa. Zumba mixes body sculpting movement and aerobic interval training with easy-to-follow dance steps that tone and sculpt the body.
