Zumba Fitness Class with Adriana

Event series runs weekly on Thursday from Aug 29 to Dec 13, 2013.

An aerobic exercise routine inspired by Latin dance.  It uses a variety of styles including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggae tone, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, calypso and salsa. Zumba mixed body sculpting movement and aerobic interval training with easy-to-follow dance steps that tone and sculpt the body.
