Cycle & Strength Fitness Class with Lee

Event series runs weekly on Monday and Wednesday from Aug 26 to Dec 13, 2013.

Includes 30 minutes of cycling (cardio) followed by 30 minutes of strength training exercises using the body bars, free weights and exercise balls.  Limited to 11 participants due to availibility of bikes.
