20/20/20 Fitness Class with Indiana

Event series runs weekly on Monday from Aug 26 to Dec 13, 2013.

Starts with 20 min of cycling, 20 min of step, and it ends with 20 min of strengthening core and abs. This is designed to sculpt and strengthen the body’s major muscle groups.
