2nd CHANCE OPPORTUNITY FOR THOSE WITH MISDEMEANOR & FELONY CONVICTIONS WHO QUALIFY

Governor Mike Pence recently signed House Bill 1482, which becomes effective on July 1, 2013. This Bill will enable those that qualify the right to have their records expunged and their civil rights restored.

Lawyers will be on hand to assist individuals seeking to have their record sealed or expunged.

Attendees are asked to bring the following documents:

A copy of your most recent (updated) “court docket sheet” obtainable from the County Clerk’s Office in the county where your case was handled; if available

  • Rap sheet; if available
  • If you have appealed your case to a higher Court please bring your Appellate documents; If available
