Slavic Languages and Literatures Talent Show
The Indiana University Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures will hold its semi-annual talent show. All students who are registered in a Slavic language class are invited to perform. Although the emcee will speak in English, the students, professors, and language instructors will sing, recite poems, dance, and act in Slavic and East European languages such as Russian, Polish, Czech, Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, Ukrainian, and Romanian. Light Slavic-type refreshments and drinks will be provided. Kimberly Madsen, Tyler Madsen, and Elena Doludenko, graduate students in the department, are organizing this semester’s event. Ms. Doludenko has stated that she is “expecting a great event as usual” and would like to invite everyone to attend.
