Seminar Series: "How to Navigate through College Paper Writing Responsibly"
As a student, you are expected to observe certain behaviors in the classroom. Whether it is taking an exam or writing a paper, professors will observe your academic performance and respect for classroom rules. Such rules are very important and will contribute to your success as an IU student.
This seminar will walk you through the steps that you need to follow when interacting with your professor, writing a paper, and making good decisions in the classroom. The information you will learn will be especially valuable for international students who do not fully understand the importance of academic expectations as it relates to classroom culture. We encourage you to attend this session and benefit from the knowledge that will be shared with you by the presenters. It will help serve you well while you study at Indiana University. Seminar will be held on Thursday, January 31st, 7:00 p.m. at the Wells Library, Room E174 (located immediately to the right of the back entrance that faces the parking lot).
To reserve a seat, please register through iStart by Wednesday, January 30th.
Sponsored by the Office of Student Ethics, the RPS International Student Support Workgroup, and the Office of International Services.
