Is your almond milk illegal? The FDA has announced plans to start enforcing regulations prohibiting almond milk and coconut milk from using the word “milk†on their labels. Justin Pearson, a managing attorney for the Institute for Justice, will be speaking about this new regulation from the FDA and the potential First Amendment protections of commercial speech. All students are welcome to attend. Non-pizza lunch will be provided. Moot Court Room, noon.
