Description: The Power of Active Listening and Other Techniques for Enhancing Client Communication   Please join the Protective Order Project for its annual CLE. Professors Amy Pickard and Frank DiSilvestro will present on how legal practitioners and other professionals can utilize specific active listening skills and adult literacy approaches to improve their own performance and productivity in serving their clients. This topic is terrific for all attorneys, students, and those who work with survivors of sexual abuse, relationship violence, and other trauma. Lunch will be provided. Moot Court Room, noon.
